We add senior operators occasionally, when a role reveals itself in the work.
We are a small senior team in Munich building Runtime that turns AI outputs into typed, audited decisions. We add senior operators occasionally — when a role reveals itself in the work, not on a rolling schedule.
There is no headcount plan on the wall. There is no “we’re growing fast” line. If we are ready to bring someone new in, this page will say so plainly — otherwise the door is quiet.
02 · What we look for
Senior operators who ship.
Values first, not skill checklists.
We do not publish skill checklists per role. If we are hiring, the role has already revealed its shape in the work — the shape belongs in a conversation, not on a marketing page. What is stable across every senior hire we would consider:
- You ship. Your track record is what you have put into production, not what you have studied.
- You care about typed correctness. You have opinions about schema before prompt, contract before code, audit before dashboard.
- You can operate at contract-grade. Talking to a CTO or a Compliance lead does not require a translator.
- You write clearly. Written argument is how decisions get made here; unclear writing is a bottleneck we do not want to add.
- You do not need constant supervision. Small senior team means everyone is trusted with an outcome, not micromanaged toward one.

Tell us what you have shipped and where it survived contact with a real reviewer — a CTO, a Compliance lead, a customer, a regulator. If you have opinions on decision engineering or on the review problem, say them plainly. Short is fine.
